Answer: Yes, the firm cannot fire more than 3 individuals from its long term group of workers in a single quarter. Additionally, the firm cannot fire more than 50% of its employees from any other profession.
37.Is there a minimum wage in the Green State? How does it affect the company management?
Answer: Yes, there is a minimum wage in the Green State. The firm cannot pay its workers less than the minimum wage.
38.What might happen if the firm tries to pay less than the minimum wage?
Answer: In case the firm tries to pay its workers less than the minimum wage a message pops up stating which salaries should be raised to reach the minimum wage. At this point the simulation stop.

Answer: The firm's ability to recruit workers is determined based upon the current number of workers available for hiring in the marketplace, the average hourly rate paid to workers on the market and the hourly rate the firm is willing to pay to the new workers. Additionally, if the firm has a history of rapidly changing its labor force it also makes it difficult to recruit new human resources power.
