Appears when:
The quantity of resources (staff and
capital) allocated for production is far more than required according
to the target for production as defined in the production screen.
What to do:
Increase the production target based upon a
multi -quarter inventory plan or
consider decreasing production
facility by decreasing the number of machines and number of employees.
