Remark No 13: 
Number of managers does not match the number of workers.

Appears when:
Each production technology has an optimal ratio between managers and workers. Deviating from this ratio either generates poor production performance or waste resources. The message appears when the actual ratio between managers and workers is less than 50% of the optimal or greater than 200% from the optimal.

What to do:
Adjust the number of workers or managers.
