Dividends were reset to zero due to
cash flow issues.
Appears when:
The firm is not permitted to pay
dividend to its share holders when the quarterly cash flow is negative.
In case dividends are paid, the simulator resets this decision to zero.
What to do:
Reschedule dividend payment for next quarter (assuming cash flow will
be better).
